The face-to-face video conferencing is the fastest, most unique, and comfortable way for you to receive services with the traditional office experience but in the comfort of your own home, car or your office. Instead of relaying issues and feelings via an online chat, you will have the opportunity to physically discuss the situation, allowing you to express all verbal and physical cues, unseen through live-chat. The face-to-face video-conferencing session in its sophistication gives you the option of also using a webcam. This method of counseling is highly recommended if you, the client, are looking to achieve the greatest change within your session(s).
The process is simple, you will be asked to provide your contact telephone number and you will receive a call from a google account number from the provider calling at the scheduled time.
Face-To-Face Chat- All users must be over the age of 18, and be able to operate or be willing to learn how to use ZOOM or DOXY. In these sessions you MUST have a webcam.
All services through BYKOTA WELLNESS, with the exception of the Email exchange, are available through the purchasing and scheduling of a session. You will not be asked to schedule a session for purchase of e-mail chat.

Cancellation Policy
•Services may be cancelled up to precisely 24 hours prior to the start of your session. After that, no refund will be issued. This is to ensure that clients adhere to their scheduled time and allows for any particular time slot to not be lost.
